JackPAGEPassed away peacefully at his home on November 7th 2010, aged 68 years. The devoted husband of Rose and beloved dad of Karen, Gary, Andy, Dawn and Amanda. Also a dear grandad, great grandad, brother and uncle. Service will be held at St Johns on November 18th at 1.15 p.m. followed by interment at Willenhall Cemetery.
