Carole was one of the nicest and the most kind hearted people I had an honour to meet and call a friend. She looked out for me - if I were ill, she would walk all the way to the shops, despite not walking very well in her later years, to buy me dinners which I could just throw in the oven. I will never forget her, and would always cherish the memory of our outings to garden centres! Thank you for all you have done for me, Carole, and for your brilliant artworks. My deepest sympathy to her family. Emi
