Thank you to staff at Ward 12, Leighton Hospital for their wonderful care. A special thank you to Lesley and team at DH Homecare for all their support over the years. We would like to mention St Catherines Nursing Home for all their care during respite where she loved to go. Also to Jackie Wright at St Marks Church for a wonderful service and all that attended.
