Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 14th, aged 65 years. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, May 28th, at 1.00pm, in Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium, followed by interment in Canley Garden Cemetery. Family and relatives flowers only.
