Many thanks for the excellent care the hospice gave to dad and for the support of Heather Bywaters and Michelle Hemmings. Thank you to Doctor Young and Albert Road Surgery for the support they have shown us over the years. It is with great sadness, we miss you dad but your are now back in the arms of Brenda, my mum. I love you both so much and proud to have had you both in my life. Look after each other until we meet again. Rest in peace. I love you Your loving daughter Annette and son in law Goff
