Dearly loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother and Uncle who will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at Fradley Crematorium on Monday 31st December 2018 at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Chris for Sepsis UK or Polycystic Kidney Charity.
