To our mum in Heaven, a year has passed without you.

I hope you know how much we miss you.
Life has been so tough without you here but I hope that you are in a beautiful place, surrounded with so much peace and love.
We think about you all the time and smile at the thought of you but our heart still aches for you and all you have missed...
You were the best mum we could have ever asked for & we were so lucky to have had you.
We will forever wish we had more time.
Your unconditional love, your strength and your memory are the things we will carry with us for always.
Thank you for the life you gave to us, all of the lessons you taught us and for continuing to be our guiding light.
Even though we can’t see you with our eyes or touch you with our hands anymore, you’ll always be In our hearts mum.

Well mum we all got through yesterday in our own way. You are missed and thought of every single day by all of your children,Paul,Keith,sharran,jo. For the rest of our lives we will think and remember what a special mum and person you were and are. Love and thoughts to you mum xx

I missed you quietly today. So  that no one noticed.
I missed you as I climbed out of bed and as I brushed my teeth; when I waited at the door .
I missed you as I was cooking listening to our favourite music ,  I missed you as I switched off the lights and climbed into bed for the night.
I miss you without tears or noise or emotion.
But oh how I felt it.
I felt it in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening and at night. I felt it as I woke, as I waited, as I breathed . I felt it at home, on the road, in the light, in the dark, in the rain.
I felt it in every one of those moments, each one sitting heavier and heavier as the weight of me missing you kept growing and growing.
Yes, I missed you so quietly today.
But I felt it so loudly.

Thinking Of You Mum At Christmas

Thinking of you today, Mum but then, that's nothing new for you were thought of yesterday and will be tomorrow, too

Because you're missed so very much far more than words can say and sadly Mum, no presents, cards or hugs on Christmas Day.

Just silent tears and a special kiss blown to heaven above to thank you for a lifetime of devoted, selfless love.

And a whispered Christmas promise that on each day yet to come you will always be remembered for you meant the world to us our beautiful Mum.
