Rodney was a very dear friend to me. Not only was he an exceptional friend he was also somewhat of a father figure to me over the years. We met through his main hobby, his love of CB and Ham radio. This is how I also met his wife Pat. They were both kind, gentle souls and I'm glad to have gotten the opportunity to become close friends with both of them. Rodney had time for everyone in his life, especially those that were always there for him. I will miss him dearly as I'm sure many others will. 73's old friend!

Rod will be sadly missed by his family in Spain we had some lovely holidays and fun times with both Rod and Mum over the years rest in peace Rod love from Maureen, Terry, Emma Dan James Sophie Oliver and all the children xxx
