RonPENGELLYPeacefully, at University Hospital Wales, Ron sadly passed away, with his loving family by his side. Ron was a lifetime member of both the British Legion and West End Club, where he was a keen skittler. He also loved his bowls at Victoria Park, but essentially, he was a gentle and kind family man.
Devoted husband to his wife of 63 years, Glen, Funny and much loved dad to Lyn & son-in-law Sean, Precious dad to Joanne and partner Steve, Treasured grampy to Lauren and partner Firas, Wonderful grampy to Lucy and husband Tom, Loving gramps to Morgan and partner Angharad, Proud bampy to Pippa, Wynnie and Louay.
Ron was dearly loved, will be greatly missed, but will stay forever in our hearts.
Resting at J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff until the service on Monday 8th July, 1.00pm at the Church of the Resurrection, Ely, followed by Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium, 2.00pm. Free dress code as Ron loved colour.
Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, can be made directly to Cardiff Food Bank or at any of their local collection points.
