JosephPENNJoe Peacefully on Monday 6th December 2021 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Joe aged 81 years. Much loved husband of Mary, dearly loved dad of David, Lorna and Linda and a proud papa. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 21st December at Stirlingshire Crematorium at 2pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
