Royston JamesPENNYIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roy Penny, who died peacefully on 8th August, aged 76 years.

Beloved father of James and dear father-in-law of Lisa. Cherished brother of Chris and much loved uncle to Justin, Jamie and Jenson. Roy will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all those who knew him.

A memorial service to celebrate Roy's life will be held on Wednesday, 10th September 2025 at Christ Church, Oystermouth Road at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Roy may be made to Cancer Research UK c/o Anthony Inkin & Paul Deans Family Funeral Directors. Kilby Court, Loughor, Swansea SA4 6RQ Tel: 01792 897710

So sorry to hear the sad news of Roy's passing. Grew up in the Sandfields with Roy though he was a year older than me. Remeber the 'matchs' on the beach, mass sided games.

Roy you will be deeply missed my your family & friends, especially Christine. I always love listening to the stories she tells me about you & looking at old photographs of you when you were younger.
