Colin FredPERKINSWin, Martin and family wish to thank all who came to see Colin on his last journey, to Park Farm Lodge Care Home for exceptional care given to Colin during his stay with them. Thank you for cards and messages of sympathy and to all who have donated cheques and cash - which will be given to Dementia UK, to Tamworth Co-operative Society for their dedication, help and care, but most of all, to the Reverend Jonathan Iddon of St. Paul's Church, Fazeley, for the lovely service he gave on Colin's behalf.
