In hospital on January 6th, aged 82 years, Ethel (nee Thompson), dearly loved wife of the late Walter, a much loved sister of Hannah and the late Mollie, a dear sister-in-law of Bill and the late George, also a devoted and adored aunt of Ethel, Judith, Stan, David, Ray and Kev and the late Colin and great aunt and great great aunt. Friends please meet for service at St. Mary's Church, Heworth on Friday January 11th at 1.15pm, cremation to follow at Saltwell Crematorium at 2.00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to St. Oswald's Hospice c/o Ethel Schofield. All welcome afterwards to Pelaw Social Club. Always remembered.
