MichaelPERKSA loving Husband, Father & Grandfather. Passed away at home on Wednesday 13th May. A family service to be held at Streetly Crematorium on Thursday 4th June. 'David' was a well known and respected hairdresser at Rackham's Birmingham and his own salon David Michael in Walsall. A loyal Villa fan from childhood. Family flowers only, any donations c/o Ian Hazel Funerals Mere Green. He will be greatly missed by Christine, Caroline, Mark, Zachary, Jill & Tony plus all his family & friends.
