His courageous battle against illness ended, March 28th 2002, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Torquay. Past President and Member of Torquay Royal British Legion and Torquay Old Boys' Grammarian Society. Life Member of the R.A.F. Association. Honorary Life Member and Past President of Babbacombe and St.Mary Church Probus Club. Life Member of Normandy Veterans Association, Member of the Air Crew Association, Royal Signals Association, Torbay Cornish Association and a Veteran Associate of 200 Squadron A.T.C. Torquay. Brother of Lacydon Masonic Lodge, Marseilles, France, Past Worshipful Master and Member of The Lodge of the Seven Hills, Torquay. A long term Member of St.Mary Church Parish Church. Funeral service and committal to be held at St.Mary Church Parish Church on Saturday April 6th at 12.30pm (Standards by 12 noon please). Immediate family flowers only. Donations to 200 Squadron Torquay Air Training Corps or The Childrens Society (Checkpoint) may be sent to Co-operative Funeral Service, 79-85 Barton Road, Torquay, TQ2 7NY or by retiring collection at church.
