The obituary notice of Toby (Tobes) PHILLIPS

Only recently found out about Tobys passing, lost touch with him for several years but during our school and college time and a few years onwards he was absolutely hilarious. We always worked together and every day was fun thanks to him. Wish I could have stayed in contact and had more laughs. College was twenty years ago now, the years have vanished but the memories of that time thankfully won't thanks to you. Cheers Tobes, rest well

Just wanted to say thank you all so much for your support and lovely messages about Toby. It helps to know that he was so loved by so many. He is now interred in the Cremated Remains section of Newcastle Cemetery. There will soon be a temporary vase and marker, and eventually a memorial stone. Toby found it hard to open up about mental health issues, so Shout, a texting service (in the first instance), seemed ideal for donations. Toby's death was from natural causes, with Hepatic Steatosis given as the cause. We will miss him forever, but are grateful to have known him, and that he enjoyed so much of his life
