Also to Dr Berry, District Nurses, Out of Hours Team and Dale Care, to Butterwick Hospice, Father Cooper and Crake & Mallon Funeral Service and to all who sent cards and floral tributes and donations to the Haematology Unit, North Tees. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
