MartinPLANTThe family would like to give special thanks to Manchester Royal C.A.P.D. unit and staff for the care over the years they gave to Martin. We would also like to thank the staff and fellow work mates at Leighton Hospital for the kindness shown. Thank you to Sarah Douglas for the help and kindness and lovely service and also Ben for his kindness and attention throughout. Thank you from the family to the emergency services who attended and tried to save Martin at the scene. Thanks also to friends and work colleagues, Rev A Ford, Hospital Chaplain, Leighton Hospital, Delamere Practice staff, John C.A.P.D (Nurse), neighbours and friends, Mrs Corbett, Mr & Mrs M Barker and family, Mr & Mrs H Johnson and family, I.C.U.
