Dearly loved Dad of Leon, Joseph and Reece. Youngest Brother of Christine, David and Karen, In-laws Rob, Sheila and Paul.
He will be very sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
The family have requested, with Nelly being a Hull City fan, if you would like, to please wear something acknowledging the Tigers.
A service to celebrate Nelly's life will be held at 1.30pm in the Large Chapel, Chanterlands Avenue, Hull on Friday 21st August.
Family flowers only please by request, but donations to Cancer Research UK may be left at the service or donated online.
