RaymondPOMFREY(Washington, formerly Wallsend) Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness bravely borne on 1st February 2021 aged 64 years, with his loving family beside him, Raymond (Ray). An adored Husband of Lynda. Devoted Dad of Jacqueline and Darren. Father-in-law of Stuart. A very much loved Grandad of Chloe and Callum. Brother of Norman, Derek, Sandra and Steve. Brother-in-law of Sandra, Maddy, Charlie and Tracy and also Jane. Son of the late Norman and Isabella. Son-in-law of David and Irene Wright. Uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Ray will be missed by all his friends and colleagues at the Coop Warehouse, Birtley. Due to covid restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 16th February 2021 at 10:00am. Family flowers only please. Donations may be left following the service to The Pheonix Ward at Sunderland Royal Hospital.
