NeilPOTTERHebburn. Peacefully in hospital on 8th July 2022 aged 68 years, Neil devoted husband of Maureen. Much loved dad of Iain and Mark loved father in law of Kelly and Claire, idolised grandad of Alice and Violet, a dear brother of Edd and Norman, brother in law and uncle. Funeral service to take place at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 19th July at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired can be left after the service for Guide Dogs. All welcome back afterwards to Ravensworth Golf Club.

It was very sad to hear of Neil’s passing, my condolences to Maureen and family.
Neil was a smashing bloke and I remember him well, we were all working together in Jersey in 1976, they were halcyon days. In the late 1980’s I’d often bump into him and Maureen in Crofters, the Swan and the Three Tuns on a Saturday night, it always good crack, rich conversations and always a good laugh. I am very happy to have known Neil Potter, Rest in peace mate.
