GrahamPOTTSPeacefully on Monday 5th January in the loving care of the staff at Springfield Manor Care Home, Stoke-on-Trent, Graham aged 84 years, formerly of Leek.

A much loved husband, dad, grandad and brother who will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at the Gateway Church, West St, Leek on Tuesday 27th January at 11.30am followed by cremation at Carmountside Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Gateway Church.
