EdnaPOWELL(Née Hinchcliffe) On 10th April 2026 peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital surrounded by her loving family, aged 84 years.
Much loved wife of the late Varnel (Buster) Powell, loving mum to Elaine, Jennifer, Clinton, Dean and Susan, dear mother in law to Sharron and Hyun, a proud grandma to Aeron, Ashleigh, Lauren, Rishona, Aaliyah and Brandon, precious great grandma to Nyah, Jayla, Myla, Azai, Zara and Taye, a dear aunt, sister in law and a good friend to many.
A service will be held at Christ Church, Woodhouse, Huddersfield on Friday 15th May at 12.30pm, followed by a committal at Huddersfield Crematorium at 2.45pm.
Would friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the church.
Family flowers only please, but donations may be given to Kirkwood Hospice and the Childrens Forget Me Not Hospice. A plate will be provided after the service.
