Audrey was a truly wonderful Nanny, and she was such a big part of mine and my sister’s lives. I learned so much from her just by watching how she lived. She was kind, patient, and steady. She had this way of making everything feel safe and loved, without even trying.

I will forever be grateful that she was my Nanny. I wouldn’t be who I am without her. It also means so much to me that Geoff and my son, Dexter, got to know her too — that they got to be part of her life, and she theirs. I’m so glad they were able to see the warmth and love that I was lucky enough to grow up with.

She will be forever loved and forever missed, and I’ll carry her with me always.

I say a big thank you to Audrey for befriending Nataliia, our Ukrainian refugee who came to live with us when war broke out in her country. When she arrived she had never met us before and she couldn't speak any English. She was very frightened and I didn't like to leave her alone so I took her with me to our Take Note concerts. Audrey always came to our concerts and the moment I introduced Nataliia,Audrey took charge. She held Nataliia's hand and comforted her. This helped Nataliia a great deal and they remained firm friends. Thank you Audrey.
