JackREEDREED - JACK , 20th September 2021. Passed away suddenly aged 18 years. Loving son of Carrie and Lee, much loved brother of Luke, Charlie and Emily. Funeral service will be held at St Matthew's Church, Queens Drive on Thursday 14th October at 3.30pm followed by cremation at Anfield Crematorium at 4.40pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, can be made to West Derby School, 364 West Derby Road, Liverpool L13 7HQ (Photography Department).
