To our dear dad.. Jack.
You are deeply missed and never forgotten.. We your family miss you more then you know.. As each year passes my memories.. And the laughter we shared with mum keep us all going. How can it be 6yrs ago you left this world to be reunited with mum.
May you rest in peace.

It will be 6 years since my dad passed away it seems like yesterday
I miss you every day dad its the memories that keep me going
