WalterRITZEMA(Chapel Park) Peacefully with family by his side on 15th January 2026 aged 92 years. Beloved husband to the late Ellen, devoted dad to Walter, Karen, Alison and David, adored grandad to Gemma, Ryan, Philip, Daniel, Lauren and Matthew, loving great grandad to Jude and Jaxon, much-loved father-in-law to Sylvia, Paddy and the late Paul. Walter was also a treasured brother to Irene and Judith and friend of many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Family and friends please meet for Walter's funeral service on Wednesday 4th February at The West Road Crematorium at 3pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu will be received on the day with proceeds going to The Alzheimer's Society. A donation box will be available at the crematorium. All are welcome following the service to continue the celebration of Walter's life at The Denton Pub.
