DavidROBERTSROBERTS David(01.08.1927 - 07.04.2008 It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of David Roberts, devoted husband of Violet, much loved father to John and Sue, father-in-law to Yvonne and Paul and Da to Victoria, Andrew and Joanne. The family wish to thank everyone who attended the services at Christ Church, Pant and Llwydcoed Crematorium, too numerous to mention. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support and their messages of sympathy at this sad time and for their generous donations made to the Alzheimer's Society in lieu of flowers. A special thanks to Simon of Gilbert James & Son who carried out the funeral with dignity and respect and Jonathan James for all his help. Also a heartfelt thank you to Reverend Joyce Harman for her words of comfort and moving tribute to David. The family would also like to thank the Bruce Hotel, Dowlais for the wonderful buffet. Thanks are also sent to Ward 9 Prince Charles Hospital for their care and compassion shown to David during his last few days. Those you love don't go away, They walk beside you everyday, Love and miss you always.
