Suddenly at home on January 21st 2008, aged 84 years, Edith (nee Waggott), devoted wife of the late Gordon, dearly loved mam of David and Elizabeth, loved and respected mother-in-law of Kay and Alan, loving gran of Andrew, Jamie and Ian, also a loved sister, sister-in-law, aunt and cousin, a dear friend to all who knew her. Friends please meet for service at Headworth Lane Methodist Church on Friday 1st February at 11.45am, followed by cremation at South Shields Crematorium at 12.30pm.
