50 years ago the nurses on Thakeray Ward in the old hospital told me that you called me "your little one ". You were the best gynaecologist ever.

I am crying. He was an AMAZING man, and without him, I would not have all that I do, and be who and where I am, without him I may not even be here at all. I was told I would never have children, and thanks to him, who gave me unwavering support, kindness, support and help, he enabled me (I was very ill) to have my babies, my life. We still talk about him and I certainly thank him SO sorry french (even all these years later) and we still toast him when we go out as a family and on Christmas day, we always will. I owe him everything. Lovely lovely lovely Gentleman in true sense of the word.
