The obituary notice of Ian Harold ROBINSON

All of Dad's family and friends are going to miss him dearly. He was a great Dad, grandpa and great grandpa. He and mom, Sue, sacrificed a great deal in order to allow Julie and myself to pursue the best opportunities in life possible. Lots of "tough love" in our various military postings.

Deep sadness shared with my dear nephew David and niece Julie on the passing of my beloved brother Ian. Many happy memories of our childhood, so so sorry I cannot be with you at this sad time but the memories of my time spent in Canada with you all will be treasured till the end of time. Ian Robinson passed away 17 July after a long and hard battle with dementia beloved husband of Kate
We grew up together, living opposite each other and going to the same school as kids, but then going our separate ways you going into the army for 16 years and finally emigrating to Canada , while I stayed in U.K. 50 Years later 2009 we reunited after both our partners passed away, we got married and you moved back to your roots in the UK which was Hull, we packed a lifetime of memories into 15 years having fantastic holidays and many cruises meeting many old and new friends ,after 11 years we were dealt a terrible blow which robbed you of your health but we still managed a few more cruises which you loved, the legacy you have left behind is to live life to the fullest, be happy and content tomorrow is not promised to anyone, so grab today with every fibre of your being which we did, your suffering is over now rest in peace till we meet again.
