Robbo was my best mate and brother in law as well. He introduced me to windsurfing and mountain biking. We used to go to assc in Anglesey ,turn up on Friday night until Sunday .
Went to grange in lakes to spend time on the water ore on the saddle, great times. In the early days we would go to skewjack near sennen in Cornwall for summer holidays .
Robbo liked to sing so we would go to the next village Hedon for karaoke in queens. Day dream believer was his main song. Also went to the old town hull for a few beers and a few beers more. Robbo never seemed to get drunk unlike me. His dress code always used to be a pair of shorts flippies and t shirt he carried them off well .Robbo was a great guy to be out with he would never be without something to say.
I will forever miss him .
My thoughts are with his family.
We will always be there for you.

Mr Robinson, Robbo, and Paul, were the titles he had in the order in which he started as teacher to colleague and friend to me. Robbo was the coolest PE teacher in town! His trips opened up a whole new world to us, from ski trips to Harrogate after school followed by fish and chips to Scotland, Anglesey and Cornwall! Risking life and limb doing many an outward bounds stunts in canoes, climbing and such. Memories we still laugh about to this day! Mr Robinson’s trips made school fun and one of the reasons I followed in his footsteps and became a teacher too.
Robbo you are a legend and inspiration for many students over many years and you will be in our hearts forever sir x Love you lots x Keep singing and may you rest in peace x 💝
