Daniel MatthewROCHEOn 27th February 2023 after a brave struggle, Daniel passed away in the Intensive Care Unit at UHW aged 46. Beloved son of Jeff and Janice, brother of Paul, Neil, Ian and the late Christopher. Much cherished uncle of Ben, Cerys, Matthew, Sean and Arwen. Brother-in-law of Belinda, Jo and Jing, and much-loved nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Funeral service to be held at St. Joseph's RC Church, New Zealand Rd, Cardiff on Thursday 23rd March at 1.30pm, followed by a service at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please. I will always remember Dan. He always looked so happy. My first memories were when he was an Altar Boy in St Josephs, with his brother Ian. I saw him and Jeff a fair few times walking around Whitchurch Road. Dan always had a smile on his face and was a very funny man. My thoughts are with Jeff, Janice, Paul, Neil, Ian and family at this sad time.
