Norman's funeral service will be held on Wednesday 3rd September, 12.30pm at Lichfield & District Crematorium (Fradley).

Family flowers only please. Donations in memory will be divided between 'British Heart Foundation' and 'Mind (North Staffs)' and can be placed in the collection box at the service.
