Derek ArthurROGERSDerek, lifelong resident of Haughton, passed away in the wonderful care of staff on Ward 110B at The Royal Stoke University Hospital aged 92 years. Beloved Husband of the late Eileen, much-loved Dad of Ann, Hazel, Linda & the late Dave, a Special Grandad & Great Grandad, Dear Brother to Ken & Val and Brother-In-Law to Doris, missed & remembered by all his family and Friends.

Derek's funeral service will take place at St Boniface Church, Bunbury on Thursday 27th August 2026 at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for The British Heart Foundation & Dementia UK.

If this is Derek Rogers who was late of St Elmo, Haughton Hall Lane, I remember we lived at St Elmo with my parents & grandparents and I remembered Derek & Eileen being newly married and their first baby. We left St Elmo due to family circumstances and eventually Derek & Eileen moved in, taking over the mortgage.
Granddad used to take me with him at times to see Derek’s Mum who lived next door. I was so sad to learn Eileen had previously passed. I often thought of them, and a lot of happy memories
RIP Derek. Reunited again 🙏
