Had a long chat with David only recently in Coedgwillim. He spoke fondly about life in Ireland and memories of his children growing up.

I had the privilege of knowing David as a neighbour at Maliphant Apartments, where we also worked together as directors of the management company.
David was a true ambassador for the residents — always willing to help, never shying away from any task, and offering his time and expertise with unwavering generosity.
His deep knowledge of the building industry was invaluable, and his calm, unselfish approach made a lasting impact on all of us.

David will be remembered with great respect and appreciation. He will be deeply missed.
