Passed away peacefully at James Cook Hospital in the early hours of 1st October 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond Stanley Rose, devoted and proud mother to Stephen, Colin, Tony, Neil, and David, stepmother to the late Raymond and Terry, and a much-loved grandmother and great grandmother. Forever in our hearts.

The Funeral is to take place in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday 21st October 2025 at 2.00pm, followed by a small gathering at the North Ormesby Institute (The Big Tute) from 3.30pm.

Family flowers only, but donations in lieu can be made at the service for Cancer Research UK.

Auntie Maureen- you were a legend. Loved my time with you when I came to visit you all many years ago. We also managed to have a good catch up during our recent visit to Ireland.

Devasted on Maureen's passing. A lovely kind lady who looked after me & Sarah from being a babies. until the age of 3.5 years. Maureen was a special lady, always happy & I will always remember her kisses. Will treasure the memories 💓
