David PeterROSSFormer Chief Borough Architect and Planning Officer of Cheltenham, passed away at home on the 12th October, aged 86 years. Much loved husband of Alice and father of Peter and Caroline. Much missed by extensive families on both sides. The funeral service took place on Friday 28th October, at Cheltenham Crematorium Oak Chapel beautifully conducted by W. S.
