Adored Wife, Mum, Grandma, Sister, Auntie, Great Auntie and Friend.

A service to celebrate Rita's life will take place at The Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Beeches Green, Stroud, GL5 4AA at 2pm on Thursday 21st August, followed by refreshments at St Rose's School.

Parking available at St Rose's School.

Dress code : Colourful

Family flowers only please. Donations are gratefully welcomed and will go to benefit St Rose's School, a place Rita loved. Donations may be left in the collection box after the service or sent to

I will remember Rita as a beautiful and vivacious soul who cared passionately about others. She came from a wonderful family and, and with Mike created another. Very sadly missed.

Dear Rita,

You really were so special and I will miss you so much. Thank you for helping me to settle in when I started at St Roses, that meant a lot. Your calm, supportive nature and beautiful smile will be what I always remember about you and I feel very fortunate and privileged to have known and worked with you. Dearest Rita , I will always hold the fondest of memories of you, always smiling and happy, your family meant the absolute world to you and must be absolutely heartbroken as was I when I heard the very sad news of your passing. We always had a giggle when working together at the Esso garage on Barton St, you and your family have and always will be a special part of my life. Gone to soon but remembered always Tina xx

Rita was always a pleasure to see at work with a hello, beautiful smile and time together to find out how things were.
A truly special person from a lovely family.
I feel blessed to have been in the company of such a kind and caring person.
