James KeithROWLESIt is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Keith Rowles.
Beloved husband of Dorcas for almost 66 years and lovely father of Catherine, Gareth, Carolyne and Margaret. Grandad to Zoe, Zachary, Zavier, Angharad, Emily, Harriet and John. Great Grandad to Mia, Toby and Henry.
Keith taught at Lea Bank School from January 1963 and then went on to be Deputy Head Teacher at Fearns High School until 1985. He then went on to be the administrator at Rossendale Hospice for several years.
Originally from Wigan and a passionate Rugby League supporter. He was also the oracle of our family but best remembered for being the most amazing maker of eggy bread! Gone but never forgotten. We love you dad.
A funeral will take place at St. Thomas' Church Helmshore on Saturday July 5th at 10.15am.
