Jacqueline AnnRUDGEAt Gloucester Royal Hospital on Saturday 18th October 2025 Jacqui passed away in the presence of her family after a valiant fight with a long illness. Lived in Ruardean, Malvern. Cheltenham and Gloucester..
Cherished wife of David, loving mother to Jeremy, Kate, James and Emily. Nana to Joseph, Benjamin, Milo and Digby.
Born in 1949 in Gloucester, Jacqui spent her life spreading joy, laughter and kindness to everyone she met. She had an infectious smile that offered a beacon of warmth to our hearts and hope to our souls making dreams reachable and encouraging those around her to reach for the stars.
Her family and friends will continue to honour Jacqui's memory by living life with the same grace and company she enriched to us.
Rest in peace, dear Jacqui and may your spirit and love continue to blossom in our hearts.

The funeral will be held at St. John's the Baptist, Ruardean Church, High Street. Ruardean,
at 2pm on Tuesday 18th November 2025.
Parking and toilets at the village hall nearby with refreshments after.

What a privilege to know such a special lady, who loved her family and friends so dearly. She will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her precious family that they may know God’s comfort and love.

Jacqui - this is hard to write. There is so much I can say about you, so many memories I can share, but no words can express how wonderful you were and how much you will be missed.

You are a shining example of everything good a person can be, and I always tell people stories of you as the best kind of manager and friend. You were both to me.

We were all very lucky to have you in our lives, and those you touched will never forget you. You will always be thought of with a smile and a warm heart.

Mummy Rudge…you have shown me so much love since we first met when Katie & I started Andoversford primary school in 1980.

So many lovely memories of being in your home and feeling like an honorary daughter.

When my parents died you were so kind and compassionate to me.

On katies 50th this year i had the pleasure of sitting next to you, reminiscing and catching up and you hugged me so tight that it felt like my mum was holding me. It made me emotional at the time and you just held me tighter. ❤️

I feel so lucky to have been loved by you and allowed to call you Mummy Rudge.

I know Mum & Dad will be keeping you company up in heaven and you will continue to guide your beautiful family in all they do.

I will always be there for Katie - I promise.

Shine brightly Mummy Rudge. Thank you for 45 years of making me welcomed.
