WilliamRUSSELL(Blackburn) Died peacefully on August 16th 2018, with his family at his bedside. Much loved father of Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth and William, grandfather of eleven, and great-grandfather of six. Formerly Blackburn's local labour councillor for 40 years. The Funeral Service will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Blackburn, at 9.30am on Friday 24th August, all welcome.
