WilliamRUSSELLResting with James Summers Funeral Home, Roath Court, Newport Road until his funeral which will take place on Wednesday the 13th of March at 11am in the Wenallt Chapel of Thornhill Crematorium.

Funeral attire: yellow, white, gold colours, no black preferred please. Grey and cream are also suitable as a combination colour match.

Flower donations: Would prefer potted flowers or seeds that can be planted for environmental and pollinator purposes at own desire, though not necessary or buy and plant in your own gardens in memory of Dad. Charitable Donations if desired can be made to any conservation charities such as the World Wildlife Fund wwf.org.uk or
Woodland Trust woodlandtrust.org.uk Also donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society. Alzheimers.org.uk

William Russell also known as Billy, loving Father and Grandfather.

I can't believe this day has come. The angels come and took my dad. I'll miss the closeness that we shared and the way you always cared.

You were a man's man, a country man at heart strong and respected. You loved nature, animals and children. My best friend.

I'll love you forever dad, night God bless, see you later. Hope you're behaving up there with sisters Aunty Gaynor, Aunty Rossey, Mark and Nanny Russell. Love your daughter Marie-Elaina xx

Dad you did say sorry and you have my forgiveness .You are with your late daughter Suzanne now, Lots of catching up and making up to do now Dad with Susie, as you use to call her. When you put your hand on my hand dad I new your love was still there. You use to call me tuppence ,tuckance and la la but mainly tuckance, all those years ago and all through my adult life too, Godbless DAD see you when I see you love. Tuckance.x RIP from your six children until we meet again xxx
