It is with immense sadness that we announce that John Walter Saberton of Wirksworth, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 22nd October 2025.

John was a familiar face around the town, and he will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.

A service to celebrate John's life is to be held at St Mary's Church Wirksworth on Thursday 13th November 2025 at 10:30am.

Donations made in loving memory of John will support the work of RABI - The Farmers Charity, these may be made at the service, online at jepsonfunerals.co.uk/donations or cheques may be sent c/o
