MauriceSALTThe Salt Family would like to thank all of Maurice's friends for their support and kindness following his recent passing. The celebrations of his life were wonderfully attended and a fitting tribute. Many thanks to Father Julian Green, all who helped during the service and those who prepared the church. We have been overwhelmed by the number of cards and letters that we have received, which are of great comfort at this time. A significant sum has been raised in Maurice's memory for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice / Donna Louise Children's Hospice, which he would be very happy about. Thanks to Gemma Hale, Nicole Riley and all at Stoke City Football Club for their empathy and organising a perfect 'last raise of a glass to Maurice' at one of his favourite places. Finally, thank you to Michael, Paul and all the professional team at S Sigley & Sons of Leek for their professional kindness, care and attention to detail. It really has been appreciated.
