KathrynSAM-ADDAEIt is with heavy hearts that we announce the sad passing of Kath Sam-Addae, formerly Kath Dhurmea, on the 22nd of December, aged 69 years.
A much loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and friend.
Kath remained strong until the end and passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Please join us to celebrate Kath's life at Moldgreen United Reform Church, Huddersfield on Friday 19th January at 9.30am.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully received for Cancer Research UK and Kirkwood Hospice. A box will be available at the church.
