Grateful thanks to doctors and nurses on Wards 15 & 14 of James Cook University Hospital and to Liz Fields for her help and support during and after Sandy's illness. To Margaret's sister Ann for her vigil with Margaret at the hospital. To Margaret's brother David and neighbour Ian Thompson for the transport necessary throughout Sandy's Illness.
