It is with such great sadness that I heard of your passing Kay. Many years have passed since I saw you last but I will always treasure the memories of our working together at Leighswood Road Vet. My sincere condolences to Eric and family.
With much love Anne Makin (nee Kendrick)

I first met Kay in 1982 when I started work at Leighswood Veterinary Clinic in the West Midlands as a fairly newly qualified vet. Kay was the senior nurse at the practice and her advice and expertise helped me enormously. We became good friends and she and Robin were always there for me when needed. When Kay moved on to work for the NHS we continued to remain in touch. However, once she and Robin moved to Cornwall and I moved to Scotland our catch ups were less frequent. I will treasure her friendship always and glad I managed to speak with her a few times in the days leading up to her passing.
