Carole MarySCOTTGraham, Katy and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received in memory of Carole for Kirkwood Hospice. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the different care teams whom have looked after Carole throughout her illness, with loving care and dedication, sincere thanks to all Carole's former work colleagues from Manor Road School Golcar, also Charles Webb for his kind words and a comforting service, Special Thanks to the Weavers Shed Golcar for a beautiful buffet and their kind hospitality. To all at Golcar Funeral Directors for their caring and professional service. Finally a huge thank you to everyone who attended the service at the crematorium, the presence of so many was a wonderful tribute to Carole and a great comfort to us her family.
