ThomasSCOTTSadly but peacefully passed away on Wednesday 24th September at his home in Birchgrove.

Loving father to Rhiannon, Rhys, Aled, Andrew and the late Matthew, proud bampi to his grandchildren, much loved brother to Alfie, Harry, Betty and Sherrane, and step father to Josh and Emily.

Tommy will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Funeral service will be held at
Swansea Crematorium on
Friday 17th October at 11:30am
